Shipping Policy – Alvanex LLC

Where we ship
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO when supported by the carrier). International shipping is coming soon.
Processing times
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• During peak periods or promotions, processing may take 2–3 business days.
• You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping methods, rates & delivery estimates
• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Offered at checkout when available for your address.
• Free U.S. Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50+ (after discounts, before taxes).
Carriers & tracking
• We ship primarily via USPS and UPS (other carriers may be used as needed).
• A tracking number will be emailed to you when the label is created. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address accuracy
• Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@alvanex.com. We will do our best to help if the order has not shipped yet.
Undeliverable or refused shipments
• Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be refunded for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A reshipment can be arranged by request (additional shipping charges apply).
Order changes & cancellations
• We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. Email us at info@alvanex.com and we’ll try to assist if the order has not shipped.
Delivery delays & force majeure
• Weather, carrier volume, holiday periods, and other events beyond our control may impact delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please (1) check with household members and neighbors, (2) look around the delivery area, and (3) contact the carrier.
• If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email us at info@alvanex.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery for lost parcels). Include your order number, photos (for damage), and the tracking link so we can assist with a carrier claim or resolution.
Split shipments
• To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You will receive separate tracking emails for each package.
Returns & exchanges
• Return shipping and eligibility follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before sending any item back.
