PROCESSING TIMES
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) are processed the next business day.
• We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES (U.S.)
• Standard (3–5 business days): $4.99
• Expedited (2–3 business days): $12.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax)
SHIPPING AREA
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• PO Boxes are accepted for Standard shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
• If you need to change your address or cancel, email us at info@alvanex.com within 1 hour of placing the order. After that window, we can’t guarantee changes.
DELIVERY ISSUES
• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier.
• If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number. Then email us at info@alvanex.com so we can assist.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days at info@alvanex.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly.
