Return & Refund Policy – Alvanex LLC

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window
• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all inserts, seals, and accessories.

Non-returnable items
• Final sale items, gift cards, downloadable/digital products, opened/used personal care items, and items marked non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.

How to start a return
• Email us at info@alvanex.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share instructions and the return address.
• Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may be refused.

Return shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.
• For your protection, use a trackable method; we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

Exchanges
• To receive an item quickly, place a new order and return the original item for a refund. For defective/damaged items, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement when available.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. 
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and your return causes the order subtotal to drop below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
• Allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged/defective or wrong item
• Inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days at info@alvanex.com with photos and your order number so we can evaluate and make it right.

Late or missing refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/card issuer; posting times vary. Then contact us at info@alvanex.com if you still need help.

Cancellations & order changes
• We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us immediately at info@alvanex.com. We’ll do our best if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
